MAMEM’s studies on SSVEP BCI technologies presented at 8th International IEEE EMBS Neural Engineering Conference

Neural Engineering is an emerging core discipline, which fuses fundamental neuroscience with engineering methodologies to enhance our understanding about neural systems. The 8th International IEEE EMBS Neural Engineering Conference (NER’17) took place at Regal Shanghai East Asia Hotel, Shanghai, China, on May 25-28, 2017. In the conference, technologies in the restoration and enhancement of impaired sensory, motor, and cognitive functions were presented. The field of Brain Computer Interface was highly regarded among neuroscientists. This fact was reflected by the subjects of symposiums and poster presentations. MAMEM had the opportunity to present its studies with respect to SSVEP BCI systems and to discuss various aspects of BCI technologies.
